Anshu Services is committed to providing reliable and high-quality carpenter services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how they are processed.

1. Advance Payment

Any advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Once the service is confirmed and scheduled, the advance amount will not be returned.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels the service, the advance amount will not be refunded.

Customers are requested to inform about cancellation before the scheduled service time.

3. Cancellation by Anshu Services

If Anshu Services is unable to provide the service due to technical or unavoidable reasons, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Service Issues

If there is any issue with the service, the customer must report it within 24 hours.

After verification, we will provide free re-service or correction.

Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases, at the discretion of the company.

5.Technician Visit (No Show)

If the customer is not available at the time of the technician’s visit, the visit charges will be non-refundable.

Additional charges may apply for a rescheduled visit.

6. Completed Services

No refunds will be provided once the service has been completed.

However, we ensure customer satisfaction by offering re-service support if required.

7. Materials & Parts

The cost of any materials or parts used during the service is non-refundable.

Customized or special-order items are also not eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Any delay caused by banks or payment providers is beyond our control.

9. Policy Updates

Anshu Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
